My suggestion is that maybe there could be a section on how to use Pink insulation boards on a basement that is insulated halfway down. Now I know how to proceed. I bet there are lots of people like me out there just needing a clean solution like this - if OC had a note on how it can be done - with appropriate disclaimer to check with your local building code authority - I bet a lot more people would go this route."
